Finding a promotion at Imperial Wins is usually less about typing a public code and more about selecting an offer, meeting its deposit rules and checking the bonus terms before playing. For readers comparing imperial wins nz options, this guide explains where a promotion should appear, how confirmation works, and what to do when an expected bonus does not arrive. It also weighs the practical limits behind the headline offers.
Where the Imperial Wins promotion process starts
The first place to check is the Promotions area on the Imperial Wins website, rather than a third-party page advertising a code. The published offers are presented as named campaigns such as Welcome Pack, Mighty Mondays and Imperial Spins. The available promotion may depend on the account, deposit method, currency and campaign dates.
Is there a promo-code box at registration?
The available published information does not confirm a universal promo-code field or a standard code that every New Zealand player can enter during registration. Some offers may be attached to a campaign link or activated from the promotions page. If a code box appears in the registration or cashier screen, enter the code exactly as displayed and check for an on-screen confirmation before depositing.
How to activate an Imperial Wins welcome bonus
The Imperial Wins welcome bonus is structured around the first three deposits. The official campaign lists up to €1,000 in bonus funds and 150 free spins, with a €20 minimum deposit for each stage. The first deposit offers a 100% match up to €500, the second a 50% match up to €200, and the third a 100% match up to €300.
What confirms that the offer is active?
A successful activation should be visible in the bonus balance, promotion wallet or account transaction history. Do not assume that a deposit qualifies simply because the promotion was shown on screen. Before adding funds, read the exact offer terms and make sure no withdrawal is pending, the balance is not above €1, and another bonus is not already linked to that deposit.
Imperial Wins free bonus terms worth checking
The phrase Imperial Wins free bonus can describe free spins rather than unrestricted cash. Welcome Pack free spins are listed for Clash of Gods: Anubis vs Hades, Zeus Goes Wild and Take Olympus. Free-spin winnings carry 25x wagering, while the main bonus requires 40x wagering on the bonus plus deposit. The offer remains valid for up to seven days.
The maximum bet during wagering is €4 per spin, and the maximum win from the welcome campaign is €1,000. Feature buys and bonus buys are prohibited during wagering. Withdrawing real money before the requirements are complete can remove the bonus and related winnings, so the safest approach is to inspect the balance and terms before requesting a payout.
How recurring Imperial Wins promotions are confirmed
An Imperial Wins promo may be tied to a particular day, deposit amount or game. Mighty Mondays, for example, offers different match percentages and free-spin amounts at deposit levels from €10 to €100 or more. Tuesday Feast lists a 70% bonus from a €20 deposit, while Daily Conquests offers 100 free spins with qualifying deposits of €15 or €24, depending on the selected game.
What to check before making the deposit
Look for the campaign’s minimum deposit, wagering multiplier, free-spin game, maximum win and expiry period. A promotion can look generous but still be unsuitable if its deposit must be wagered alongside the bonus. Keep a screenshot or record of the terms shown at activation, especially when a campaign is changed or removed.
What to do when a promotion does not appear
Start by checking the bonus section, transaction history and the email address attached to the account. Confirm that the deposit met the required amount and was made during the stated campaign period. If the offer still has not appeared, contact the 24/7 email service or live chat before making another deposit. Ask support to identify the promotion attached to the transaction.
Imperial Wins states that support is available by email and live chat, but there is no phone line. A clear message should include the deposit date, amount, payment method and promotion name. Avoid relying on look-alike New Zealand domains that describe themselves as official or promise bonuses not shown on imperialwins.com.
Payment and account checks can affect bonus crediting
Bonus activation is not separate from account verification. Imperial Wins requires one account per person, household, device or payment method, and payment accounts must be in the player’s name. KYC checks can request identity, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds documents. Deposit limits vary by method, with official terms ranging from €10 to €30 and a maximum of €7,000 per transaction.
| Offer detail | Published requirement | Practical check |

Is Imperial Wins a trusted casino for promotions?
Promotion terms are only one part of the assessment. The site quotes Curaçao licence OGL/2024/284/0863, but the Curaçao Gaming Authority validator showed the licence status as “Revoked” on 21 September 2026. There is also no evidence in the available information that Imperial Wins holds a New Zealand licence. That makes careful checking more important than relying on a badge or promotional claim.
Players should also allow for payment processing and verification. Imperial Wins says withdrawals are targeted within three business days, with cards and bank transfers taking up to four business days after approval and e-wallets typically being instant. Reviews are mixed, including praise for support and complaints about delayed withdrawals. For gambling support, the NZ Gambling Helpline is 0800 654 655, and can help locate services. 18+ only.
Conclusion: confirm the offer before you deposit
The clearest answer is that Imperial Wins does not publish a single, universal promo code process. Players should open the official Promotions area, select the relevant campaign, check whether activation is automatic or linked to registration, and confirm the bonus in the account before playing. Treat the 40x wagering, 25x free-spin requirement, €4 maximum bet, seven-day validity and win caps as central conditions, not small print.
Frequently Asked Questions
These answers cover the checks that matter most when a promotion is unclear or does not credit as expected.
Can I use a code from a New Zealand review site?
Only use a code if it is displayed by Imperial Wins or confirmed by its support team. Third-party pages may show outdated or affiliate-specific offers. Never assume a code works because it promises a larger amount than the promotion listed on the official website.
Why did my deposit not receive a bonus?
Common reasons include a pending withdrawal, an existing bonus, an account balance above €1, an amount below the minimum, or a campaign that has expired. Check the promotion terms and contact support before depositing again, as a second transaction may not fix the original issue.
Are free spins the same as free cash?
No. Free spins are normally restricted to a named game, and their winnings can carry separate wagering requirements. Under the welcome terms, free-spin winnings require 25x wagering. Check the value, expiry and maximum win before starting the spins.
What should I do if I feel unable to control my gambling?
Stop depositing and use the site’s limits, cooling-off or self-exclusion tools. Imperial Wins lists a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period and self-exclusion of at least one year. In New Zealand, contact the Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655 for confidential support. 18+ only.
